“Chaotic Chromatic” is accepted to the 2 Minute Film Festival! Screening is July 9th

Exciting news: my experiment with early film, “Chaotic Chromatic” is an official entry in the 2 Minute Film Festival, to be held at the Carnegie Museum of Art on July 9th, 7:30 pm.  This festival is super fun and about 28 films will be screened in their outdoor Sculpture Court.

My film features soundtrack by Suavity’s Mouthpiece (smpop.tk)

Machete Kisumontao el Documental FREE screening at Pitt this Friday 6/26!!

A second Pittsburgh screening of this zero-budget, Pittsburgh-produced, independent documentary that tells the story of Puerto Rican music and history through the storytelling and performances of Machete Kisumontao.

Join us for a FREE screening at 1700 Posvar Hall, University of Pittsburgh campus.  Doors open at 6:30 pm.  There will be refreshments and music, and Q & A with the filmmaker and Machete Kisumontao Director Geña Nieves.

Event runs until 9 pm (or later – it’s Friday night!)

Parking near Hillman Library, Carnegie Library and along Schenley Drive.  Take any 71 or 61 bus to Bigelow.

Posvar Hall is located behind the Hillman Library, off Forbes & Bigelow.  Rm 1700 is on 1st floor.

“Kitsch Cash” part of Film Kitchen contest screening on Tuesday, June 9th @ Harris Theater

This year’s Film Kitchen Contest theme is “kitsch” – all films up to 4 minutes long.  Screening is part of the Three River Arts Festival, at the Harris Theater on Tuesday, June 9th.
My film “Kitsch Cash” is a finalist and will be part of the public screening!
Come down and pick your favorite! This is always a fun time!!

$8 – craft beer and food reception included from 7-8 pm; screening of films at 8 pm.
